All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Cutoff time for processing orders the same day is 2pm Central Time here in the US.
US Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer our Free Enhanced Standard shipping in sustainable packing materials, with expedited discounted shipping options via USPS and UPS. Cost and delivery time will depend on which option you choose for your order.
Canada Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer discounted shipping via USPS and UPS. Cost and delivery time will depend on which option you choose for your order.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damaged or Defective Items

Missing Package Policy
